Refund and Return Policy

Effective for purchases made in the Philippines

Refund Eligibility

We accept refund requests for products purchased from our store under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery
Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Items must not be damaged or altered by the customer

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized or custom-made products
Perishable goods
Intimate or sanitary products
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return
Wait for approval and return instructions
Ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Consumer Rights (Philippines)

Under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394), consumers have the right to:

Receive products that are safe and of good quality
Be protected against deceptive, unfair, and unconscionable sales practices
Seek redress for damages caused by defective products

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
